I've been thinking about what motivates me to write about my experiences. After all, putting myself out there like this is difficult and scary. It definitely pushes me past my comfort zone in a number of ways! :)
What's driving me forward is a realization that the neurohacking techniques I used to reclaim my life and health are incredibly unique and powerful. (I didn't even realize it at the time, but I invented a number of new techniques like 'how to reduce food sensitivities').
This realization is being reinforced by my conversations with friends, as I teach them some of my 'Jedi mind tricks' their reaction has been really positive. This stuff works, and people get that on an intuitive level.
I'm also learning a LOT from my biofeedback training, it's powerfully validating all of the neurohacking work I've done. It's also opening up an entire new avenue of knowledge ... for example, I learned that much of what I know about HRV training is wrong. What a totally interesting, and a totally awesome rabbit hole! :)
What I'm trying to figure out is a way to create and disseminate this knowledge to others, because I believe that the knowledge and experience I have in my head is life-changing for thousands ... potentially millions of people.
I'll figure out a way, I always do.
